Melaleuca Cabin

​Deposits :

A deposit of the first nights' tariff is required at the time of booking. If required, we will contact you after you have made the booking to arrange payment of the deposit.

Prepayment :

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation. A booking will not be confirmed until this is received. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made where a deposit has not been received. Bookings are not transferrable.

Cancellation :

If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of $25.00 is payable per booking.

The guest will be charged the full cost of their booking if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

If a guest books multiple days and wants to shorten their stay after arriving, then the full cost of the booking will still apply.

By making this booking the guest accepts the risks that Coronavirus as well as other unforeseen circumstances could interrupt travel plans, thereby the guest accepts the terms and conditions listed above.

Reservations :

We endeavour to give requested sites and cabins but reserve the right to reallocate the booking when necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund of monies will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Check-In times :

Cabins - 2:00 pm till 7:30 pm

Sites - 10:00 am till 7:30 pm

Please note : Check-out is strictly 10:00 am NSW time. We reserve the right to charge an extra nights’ tariff, applicable to your booking, for failure to check-out by this time without prior arrangement with office staff.

Postponements :

Guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 6 months. Postponements will only be available if requested before 24 hours of original booking.

Any difference in booking value will need to be paid as per our usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking the customer will need to contact us directly.

Additional costs : 

We reserve the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, item theft or repairs and damage to the property.

Internet :

No internet access available.

Children and extra bed policy :

All children are welcome.

All children aged 2 years and over will be charged AUD $10.00 per child, per night.

All children are charged AUD $10 per person per night in cabins when using existing beds included in your quote.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

All extra people not already booked are charged AUD $10 per person per night.

Parking :

Free private parking is available onsite for guests.

Groups :

​No special conditions apply for groups.

No parties/events

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Pets :

Pets are permitted in the Park at Park owners' discretion and providing pet owners adhere to Park rules regarding the safe management of their pet. Pets are not allowed inside cabins.
