Terms & Conditions
A deposit of the first night's tariff is required at the time of booking. If required, we will contact you after you have made the booking to arrange payment of the deposit.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation. A booking will not be confirmed until this is received. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made where a deposit has not been received.
If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of $25.00 is payable, per booking.
The guest will be charged the cost of their booking if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
If a guest books multiple days and wants to shorten their stay after arriving, then the total cost of the booking will still apply.
By making this booking the guest accepts that Coronavirus, as well as other unforeseen circumstances, could interrupt travel plans, thereby the guest agrees with the terms and conditions listed above.
We endeavour to give requested sites and cabins but reserve the right to reallocate the booking when necessary.
Check-In times :
Cabins - 2:00 pm till 7:30 pm
Sites - 10:00 am till 7:30 pm
Please note : Check-out is strictly 10:00 am NSW time. We reserve the right to charge an extra night's tariff, applicable to your booking, for failure to Check-out by this time without prior arrangement with office staff.
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy :
Guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:
You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID – 19
You are forced into self-isolation
You are awaiting the results of a COVID – 19 test or
A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.
Any difference in booking value will need to be paid as per our usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact us directly.

Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above.
Any cancellation deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy must comply with the usual terms and conditions outlined below.

Additional costs :
We reserve the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkouts, lost keys, item theft or repairs, and damage to the property.
No internet access available.
Children and extra bed policy :
All children are welcome.
All children are charged AUD $10 per person per night in cabins when using existing beds included in your quote.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
All extra people not already booked are charged AUD $10 per person per night.
Free private parking is available onsite for guests.
No special conditions apply for groups.
House rules for cabins :
This guest agreed to the house rules when booking a cabin.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
Covid 19 regulations :
All guests are expected to adhere to Covid 19 regulations. Signs are erected for your safety and the safety of others and guests are expected to obey the rules. Social distancing rules must be followed.
Pets are permitted in the Park at Park owners' discretion and providing pet owners adhere to Park rules regarding the safe management of their pets. Pets are NOT allowed inside cabins.
